The class format is designed so that people from around the world can participate, with the same content offered throughout the week. Classes are held on Japan Time, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, and you may join any of these sessions.

Note: If the number of participants exceeds 100, we may set a limit on the number of sessions you can attend per week.​
